How long do custom orders take?

Turnaround times vary depending on the project and current order volume. Most custom pieces are completed within 2–6 weeks after I receive your keepsakes. If you have a specific deadline, let me know when you inquire and I'll do my best to accommodate it.

Do my flowers need to be fresh?

No! I can work with fresh, dried, or even older flowers. Whether you've just celebrated your special day or have been saving your bouquet for years, I'll evaluate your flowers and recommend the best way to preserve them.

Can I choose the design of my piece?

Absolutely! Whether you have a specific vision or need help deciding, I'll work with you throughout the design process to create something that reflects your style and preserves your memories.

Can you recreate something from your gallery?

Every piece I create is handmade and uniquely designed, so no two pieces will ever be exactly alike. If you see something in my gallery that inspires you, I can use it as a starting point to create a custom piece that's uniquely yours.

Do I need to pay up front?

No! Since every custom piece is one of a kind, the final price depends on factors like the size of the piece, the materials used, and the time required to create it. How do I send my keepsakes to you?

Once your order is confirmed, I'll provide detailed packaging and shipping instructions to ensure your flowers or keepsakes arrive safely. If you're local, we can also discuss pickup or drop-off options.
