Fresh Flowers

It is recommended that you ship your flowers with 24-48 hours of event for best results. Keep your flowers in fresh water and preferably in the refrigerator until shipment. Please DO NOT freeze flowers!

***If it is possible to trim your flowers, please do so (cut about 1/8” and cut at an angle). Keep flowers upright in the refrigerator while hydrating, ensure adequate temperate and that they flowers are not touching the walls- as this can cause damage to the flowers. If there is not a refrigerator available, please keep flowers upright in a vase with a small amount of water and store out of direct sunlight.

DRIED OR ARTIFICIAL FLOWERS

No extra care is needed to preserve flowers.

Secure dried flowers, artificial flowers and other mementos in a padded envelope or cardboard box with enough packing to prevent getting crushed in transit to the studio.

If Ordering Custom

After you send your flowers, please expect a timeline of 2 to 4 months for creation and shipping before you receive your product.

I will collaborate with you to finalize a design before the resin pouring process begins, as no alterations can be made once that process starts. 

If you would like to include anything besides flowers - gold or silver flakes, glitter, ribbon, pictures, mementos, etc.-please send me an email with inclusion preferences after purchase. 

Depending on what products purchased, drying or pressing of flowers will start the same day flowers are received. This process can take 2-4 weeks. 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SHIPPING

You will need to cover the shipping costs for sending the flowers to us. I can work with flowers in ANY condition or state, but it is best if flowers are received fresh.

If you are sending fresh flowers please ensure 24-48 hour shipping to prevent molding of flowers in transit. If your event happens on a weekend, please mail on Monday for Tuesday delivery  to ensure the flowers will not be spending time boxed.

Once your purchase is submitted, shipping and care instructions will be sent to ensure proper mailing of flowers and other small items. Please SEND ME AN EMAIL at bbatchartco@gmail.com with a picture of what you are mailing, as well as tracking number.
